This thing actually helps more than I expected. We train a lot — mainly boxing and Muay Thai — so my lower back sometimes feels like it’s been personally attacked by life. 😂 Laying on this gives a really nice stretch/decompression feeling after hard workouts, long shifts, or just existing past age 30 honestly. It’s simple, but it helps loosen tight muscles and gives some relief after heavy training days. Not magic, not a replacement for mobility work or medical care, but definitely great to have around for recovery and back tightness. My husband keeps stealing it, so apparently I need to buy another one.
