Review: Tasty! - I use these bread crumbs when cooking for my family, since my niece can't have gluten. They taste pretty darn good! You can really taste the pecorino romano, and that's a good thing since it's probably my favorite cheese. Keep in mind these don't taste like breadcrumbs exactly, but they are a good substitute. I've used them with stuffed mushrooms and breaded chicken cutlets. The cutlets in particular were fantastic.

These aren’t really what you would call “ bread crumbs” and I didn’t think I would like them, but I really do! They are really good. If you can , buy just one and try them.
