1100 Watt Hyper Arc HPS Lamp

Originally purchased these through a 3 rd party(Hobbies and Something, or other) and package (3 ft tall) came with no filling to cushion bulbs. Filaments had become detached. Received through Amazon on 2nd try in brown box marked "fragile"( must be French, possibly my Major Award) with a ton of padding. Replaced some 6 month old Hortilux with these simply because I don't know anyone that has run them before(couldn't find online reviews) and want to test them against some true DE bulbs. Running them on Galaxy DE ballasts Turbo setting and will update with any problems or observations.

I absolutely love these bulbs I have never used a real expensive bulb so I can't really compare this to those but it is working very good in my phantom thousand watt ballast on super lumens.Update: bulb did perform very well for first fruitingUpdate after using this bulb from the time of purchase till about 1 week ago is how long it lasted. Just goes to show you you really do get what you pay for aunt when the ball was working it did work great.

They do the job that's for sure and I bought last 3 bulbs for like 35.00 and I'm telling ya they are worth that...bright yellow orange light...so far so good

Decent and brighter than hortilux.

I purchased this bulb and it died after eight days of use. The manufacturer says it has a 1 year warranty, but I can not get any help about making a claim. Good bulb when it works, but @ $10.00 a day?

Good bulbs if your lights are at least 3/4 feet from your canopy, otherwise lots of leaf curling, even with proper AC and ventilation, great for warehouse and greenhouse applications, stay away if your indoor ceilings are 8’ or lower
