I recently installed the YoLink Water Leak Detection Starter Kit, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home. I purchased a speaker hub YS1604 and spent hours trying to connect it to my WiFi. Loaded YoLink app with permissions for location and near by device. Disabled all 5GHz bands. I reset the HUB, un-bind the device, checked firmware update and app versions, etc..I was able to connect to the HUB's YS_xxxx WiFi, but when I got to the display to select a WiFi SID - I got a error of device time out and there were no SID displayed (Yes I know about the 5 minute limit) I could not even entre a manual SID.I called YoSmart Support on a Saturday afternoon and got a response!! The support was great, and after sending screen shots and more, it was confirmed HUB was defective. So Thanks to Amazon I will get to try again.Oh by the way there are a lot of web videos from YoLink, so many are out of date and should be taken down by the company.

Sensors working great now, easy to set up, app works really well. better than others that I've tried on both fronts!

Easy to set up. So far so good - tested with water and they work! Glad to feel more secure, knowing I can monitor the house when I am away.

Purchased this product for safety features of possible water leaks that are never a good thing to experience, it was easy to setup/ install. I tested before placing in the locations and it's loud enough to not be missed. even had Customer service reach out to see if I was satisfied with the product. I'm a retired service representative and this product is a great device with great customer service
