Does this cocoa powder taste bitter?

I don't find it bitter. Much paler than the usual powder and a more subtle taste. Perfect for Red Velvet cakes. I can highly recommend it.

Quality is great. My go to hot chocolate powder. Friendly advice would be to add the powder in to the mug, add a little warm milk to make it in to a paste and then add the rest of the milk. When added to the milk it becomes difficult to stir it properly. Haven’t noticed any of the health benefits as such but got my fingers crossed and hoping it’s doing it’s thing.
