Sucks
I bought this just for the vacuum pump as it's the same pump as the "chemistry" version, which costs more. Also, who says no to a few extra tools on hand? The pump works great, actually much better than I was expecting. There are no obvious leaks on my copy, and I've tested dry ground glass joint setups that showed no leakage after 60 seconds, which is good enough for my uses. That said, try as I might, I can't pull a full vacuum, which I believe is a shortcoming of the pump. My barometer at this moment says 847 mb, or ~25.0 inHg, which I can get within about 1 inHg of. What I can get, it seems to hold fine, but even on a tiny 25 mL flask I couldn't get past 24. So! In short: if you need full vacuum, you might not get it. If you just need to suck some water through a filter, or actually work on your brakes, this should be plenty good, and it's still a great value.

Good tool for a good price.
I have no callings about this tool. It would be nice if the capture reservoir would be bigger, but with a hand pump it would make it take longer to charge a vacuum. With all the hoses and attachments equipped for a brake bleed, it takes about 10 full pumps to pull a really good vacuum. Everything is sealed well. Over a minute of holding it at max vacuum, the gage didn't lower at all. Be sure to use the small tube in the reservoir as the instructions say, else you'll get fluid in the pump which will ruin it. For twenty bucks, this is a very decent starter bleeder. It can do EGR and intake jobs as well. Remember, its a value tool,, not a name brand. Don't complain about a value priced tool not doing premium tool functions. In my opinion, if you bleed four lines with it successfully, you've already paid back what you spent.

Cheap
Should do the job. Just wanted the pump. All the attachments I have are a better quality.

Great for a backup jar sealer
We use this as a backup jar sealer for dried food and herbs. Works well and is not too hard to use

Works ok
Works ok. Nothing special. Comes with all your hoses and a few adaptors. Instructions weren’t really great but I figured it out.

An adequate tool!
Its not what my old Mityvac pump is, but, it gets the job done. Wanted a spare around because the old Mityvac is showing its age.....
