Can i use this to get the air out of my clutch pressure lines? Pardon my ignorance. First timer . Thanks

Yes, It could get air out of the clutch pressure lines. Thanks!

Will it hold a vacuum after I release the handle?

Only at 20 in Hg or below - at higher pressure the pump itself leaks

My set came with a strong chemical smell from the tubing - most likely the chemicals used during manufacturing. Does anyone else have this issue?

The set contains necessary machine oil to keep work. We have choosed the best products from the leading supplier. The smell of machine oil has been increased to the lowest. Hope this do not bother you.

Can you use this as a pressure testing tool too?

Wrong, seller. Sucks, does not blow. No outlet port.
