I just opened the box today to get ready for my handlebar swap and found poor craftsmanship on the welds. I should had open the box as soon as I received, and that's on me. However the welds stands out pretty bad. One of the welds have a air hole in it. I am going to reach out to tigergate company and see if they can replace them, but due to my late inspection it's doubtful. I will update if their customer service department reaches back out to me. UPDATE, The Tigergate customer service has reached out to me and gave me a full refund with an apology. I have seen other Tigergate bars and they looked great, I believe that this was a one off. The only bad spots on these bars were the two welds at the top, the rest of the bars looked fantastic. This seller in my opinion went well above due to my lack on timeliness of my complaint. I will 100% buy the exact same bars again. This seller is the type of sellers I want to do business with. Thank you for being a honest and reputable seller. Don’t have any wiggle room and I’m with the grommets really nice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pre-Wired - YES - - - Right locations - NO *by W***. on February 10, 2025* Solid looking bars. I would give a 5-star review however the heated grip wiring was on the throttle side and not the clutch side - had to rewire. Also the pre-wired throttle comes without the assembly and most assembly isn't plug and play have to run the wires or cut and tape. So we have to do modifications to get to work - hopefully it does.
