Love
I love all the packets all the space if I had to give it anything negative is that when you actually fill the bag it wants to tip forward because the bottom just isn’t wide enough in my opinion. So I struggle with it tipping over when I have everything inside of it. And my handle doesn’t lock in the upright position the entire time. But neither is a huge deal. The bag is holding up very nicely. Lots of space I was never able to unlock the lock that goes with it with the directions I’ve had multiple people try, but for what I do I don’t need to have my bag locked. It’s a beautiful bag .

Great value
Roomy and well made. I use mine as a work bag between office and home when traveling. So much nicer and easier on my shoulders.

Meets my needs
I have not traveled with this bag yet however l have tried out the handle and wheels for smoothness and sound. Everything is good. I bought this bag because it had a taller handle, space for ipad and a section to pack clothes, toiletries etc for an overnight. That area is more spacious than it looks on video. I need something to fit underneath the seat and this should work. It’s a nice looking bag with sturdy zippers and comes with a small removable lock for them. Very pleased for the price. Arrived in good condition. Will upgrade to 5 stars if trip goes well
