I weighed 263 pounds. I loaded with this creatine, 30g a day for 5 days, and then I switched to a maintenance dose of 5g a day which I will continue for a whole of 6 months. This was recommended from a creatine faq by a naturopathic doctor I happened upon years ago. I gained 10 pounds of water weight which brought me up to 273 pounds. When I lifted weights I was able to bench press 225 pounds at 4 reps in a set. I hadn't lifted weights for 5 months up until that time. My goal is to get up to 310 pounds while the creatine is loaded in. I have also been eating alot so I am up to 289 pounds. My endurance, mental clarity, recovery, and stamina are greater with the creatine. I'm a big guy so mobility is an issue, but for my size I can do things guys half my size can't. I was able to hold a headstand position for 20 seconds with ease of coordination and balance on my first time back to the gym. I chose this form of creatine because creatine monohydrate is the only version a person should get. That and this creatine is from Germany, where the manufacture is known to be clean. There's a good chance you're getting contaminants with stuff from areas such as China where most of creatine is from. My friend had tried some Chinese creatine monohydrate and broke out with all kinds of pimples all over his body. Either creatine was detoxing junk he put in his body or there were contaminants in it.
