Fits comfortably and holds the action-cam securely, at least in my case. However, I'm not out jumping my bike off the sides of mountains or hurtling down a rough trail, after all in a couple months I'll be hitting birthday #74 and I might be old but I'm not quite ready to GO YET EITHER! So, strapping it to my head and riding down a bike trail, or through a park, or hiking a foot trail, fishing, or even playing with my cat it works just fine!

Very good mount and very sturdy. The strap design is a bit strange (you can only adjust it on one side) but besides that it's a really nice camera mount.
