I have seen nothing on the label that states this code. It is classed as safety clothing, because it is high visibility. Fluorescent and reflective. And it does that. It is made from 100% polyester the label says. I use it at work and the safety guy says it’s fine but it does not have the EN number on it anywhere, that I can see. If you definitely need that for your place of work, I suggest you ask the seller of this item about it. Hope this helps.
