Absolutely amazing. I slept well and was well rested in the morning. Great product. Must try it.

It does itch at first but it subsides a little while later, we read that it's normal and it's a sign of a magnesium deficiency in your body. It does feel strange on your skin against the sheets (maybe kinda sticky?) But that also goes away after absorbing in the skin. It didn't burn or sting us just itchy! But I would rather reap good benefits than complain about the itchiness if I can stand it :) hope this helped! Happy spraying.

States it comes with tips and guide. It doesn't but bottle says to spray x times and dry.Bottle was plastic sealed. However, it leaked, as in down sides of bottle.Used for days and have zero difference - hence the title. Tried larger skin area, and even after should have dried, get an oil "odor." Have tried magnesium orally and has had effect.Of course ... no returns and no contact to seller, only Amazon.

After some research, I wanted to see if Magnesium Chloride would help me with my inability to sleep soundly beyond 4 hours a night and if in turn my anxiety would lessen.For the price and after reading the reviews AND the money back guarantee I literally had nothing to lose.I tried the spray for a multiple nights before writing a review.Sprayed and massaged three to four squirts on one foot and wiped the excess in my “bat wing” area. Was a bit tacky before being completely dry; a few minutes.I have been able to sleep and EVEN BETTER been able to fall back asleep when I wake up in the night (my brain, hubs, dogs…it doesn’t take much). OMG! Game, dare I say, life changer. Further, no joke, waking up in a better mood too!Last night, as a “test”, I didn’t use it.
