Fresh, delicious, perfect size, and makes using pecans in my baked goods easier. Unsalted and un-roasted, you can pop them into everything from pies to scones to cookies, brownies, bars and beyond. They bake up a lovely shade of nutty brown, smell heavenly, and always taste fresh. I’ve already gone through 3 bags. I’m VERY happy with the quality, especially for the price - it’s a solid value. We also use them in stuffing, rice dishes, and salads; as we’ve cut down on meat in our diet over the years, we’ve filled in some of the nutritional gaps with nuts, seeds, and legumes, and these pecans are a great, healthy alternative to bacon bits or heavily salted garnishes like croutons. I’ve switched from my grocery store brand to this, and would highly recommend.

High quality and the right size for baking

Perfect size pecans for baking. Personally have the old-fashioned glass jar nut chopper but find it to break down nuts into a fine dust which to me doesn't give a great texture or flavor when biting into baked goods. These were fresh, cost effective, and received quickly.

Repeat order. Good pecans, fresh, chopped. Not chopped very uniformly which is why I removed a star. If I need all to be small I have to chop some up more.

Best price I’ve found anywhere. At least at the time I purchased it. Love that there’s never any shells in this brand! We use them for so many things. Baking, in yogurt or ice cream, etc.
