Mine didn’t come with a protective bag for freezer? And also how to wash it?

If you do not receive the protective ziplock bag, please contact us and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Chenove actually recommends hand-washing your product. Wipe it with a damp towel. Do not submerge in water. If the product gets too wet, simply allow to air dry before placing in the freezer or on your head.
