The packaging of the product was decent and the delivery was on time. I received 5 pieces of cinnamon sticks. Out of them, 4 pieces were good and of nice quality. However, 1 piece was extremely hard, bad, and felt like a duplicate or fake quality. I hope the seller improves the quality check so that all pieces are consistently good."
