I was in love with the cup but there was a SUPER strong chemical smell that would also make my drinks taste and smell like it. I couldn’t handle it so I’m returning it. Super bummed because I loved the cup.

I was sent the wrong size cup and the seller refunded me, which was fine, but the cup broke very easily a few days later. Not worth the purchase!

Cannot return because third party - beware of buying from third party on Amazon. This cup lid does not seal and they will not allow returns

Came received shattered and broken glass all over the package… I had my hopes up. 😔 kinda crappy but whatever

The silicone sleeve for the cup doesn't fit flat on the cup and I find it bothersome. It wrinkles at the handle. I washed it out a few times hoping it would shrink to fit the cup better but it did not. I left my cup overnight with just plain water in it and drank from it in the morning and it had the taste of the silicone/ Bamboo lid. Gross and disappointing.My lid also had stains on it from having friction with the metal straw. I had high hopes for this product and now I'm disappointed.

Box was smashed in on the side and the cup was broken with little glass particles on it.

Loved it but it only lasted a few weeks

The glass is very thin and will easily broken. I received mine broken and they make it impossible to return. When I un-boxed it the handle was shattered into a million pieces.It was crammed into a box with very very thin layer of bubble wrap that obviously did not protect it at all. Don't waste your money.
