I love to make Mongolian beef... also stir fry mixed veg, especially garlic/gr beans using this sauce. Hoisin has an almost smoky taste, rich body which when combined with chicken or beef bouillon to fortify makes a very rich, full flavor. Its also great to do pepper steak. A great marinate for beef, for both grill or stir fry.
