Rug arrived earlier than expected and had a lovely letter in with it, which was a beautiful touch. The rug is of excellent quality. Really thick and luxurious. Definitely get what you pay for and at just a few pounds extra this proves it. Just a little shake and that's it cleaned. Strong perfect colour. So perfect that I've just ordered a second one.

I have 3 off these rugs from this seller. They are beautiful. They come rolled in a box with a note about the seller. They are ready to go when you pull them out of the box. If you do need to wash them at any point, they wash well, but be prepared to give them a soft brush or comb afterwards to get the soft fluffy pile back. I only washed one due to a rogue child of mine wearing a dirty shoe when rushing for school 🙄 i was worried but it was good as new afterwards. I love these I will order more for my kids rooms 😀 I have white in my lounge and a white and a grey in my hallway. Highly recommend 👌

Exactly what I wanted. Looks fresh and is faux which I wanted. Ref the comments on the rug regarding smell mine smells Lovely and I bought the grey one. I might buy another colour for my daughter. Maybe one too for my husband. It can be machine washed at 30 I’d use a gentle detergent personally and line dry no heat from hair or tumble dryers. There is a long thank you note from seller. It says she lost her job but I don’t mind the letter it’s basically saying that she wants feedback good bad or indifferent. She wants people to be happy with their purchase and I think that’s good and nothing wrong with the letter but others feel it’s a pity letter and making them feel they can’t return. I love the product and the letter does not put me off. If I wanted to return then I would feedback to seller and or Amazon but I am very happy with my purchase!

An excellent rug, my dog ​​loves it, lies on it all the time, it fits well into any interior, I have already washed it once, after washing it was necessary to comb the rug and I would use conditioner for it to make it softer

Really pleased with this rug. It looks lovely and adds a soft, cosy feel to the room, especially as a decorative piece. I wouldn't say it's ideal for a really high-traffic area where it's going to be walked over constantly, as I think it would be better suited to a bedroom or somewhere where it's mainly for appearance and comfort. It's washable and I was really happy with how it came out after washing. For the price, I think the quality is absolutely fair and it looks more expensive than it is. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would recommend it for a bedroom or lower-traffic area.

Absolutely beautiful - good value for money. I’m using it as a bed runner as it is too nice to be on the floor! The note that came with it touched my heart as I had a similar experience. I highly recommend this product - complete luxury!!! ❤️❤️

Gorgeous! This rug is packed and shipped in a way that allows the rug to retain its fluffiness in the box so it just needs a shake and it’s perfect. I love the shape and the size and it’s just really nice. I’m using mine by the bedside and it’s so nice to feel under the feet. My place is very subdued so this just adds a pop of comfortable and a little wild. It’s also washable!
