I've purchased these before and in the beginning I was washing them and reusing them a couple of times but I have come to believe they're not actually designed for that. The little pin holes clog easily with the hair dye. The pressure built up and the color pushed out from around the neck where the top was screwed on. I ended up dying my scalp more than my hair that time; the dye came out in a huge rush. But when I went to dye my hair the next time with a new one of these it turned out very well. Soooo . . . a 5 for the object in general, it disperses hair dye much more effectively than a flat paint brush or a single nozzle, but a 3 the fact that it's another single use item when we don't need to continue making items that can be used only once. It would be awesome if the makers included a little brush designed to clean out the nozzles but I think the whole thing is too inexpensive for that to ever happen

I love how these come in a 3 pack. Used one today for the first time with haircolor and it did leak some from the seam of the cap, but didn't effect the application. I will not reuse it. For the price and quantity in the package these will be disposables for me. I will purchase again because they do serve the purpose and as stated the price is right.

These are a poor design. Hair color leaks out around the seam and not through the root tip things. Don't waste your money.

Threw away since it just makes a mess every time I use it
