Excellent Salt for Daily Cooking
This is a good brand of salt. The quality is excellent, and the salt is clean and fine. It dissolves easily in food and improves the taste of meals. The packaging is also good and keeps the salt fresh. I would recommend this brand for everyday cooking.

A Little Goes a Long Way
PROS: good flavor - a little goes a long way; coarse grain size; clean salt; cooks well. CONS: price more than doubled because of tariffs

Big, Beautiful Salt Flakes Arrive at Your Home Tomorrow...
This is our favorite salt! Big, beautiful flakes that improve the taste of anything! I was so distraught when I found they weren't shipping the 1 packs anymore but then I found the 2 packs that are well priced and delivered the next day (we have waited weeks for the single packs)- These packs were delivered so fast it made my head spin. I can wait to make a salted caramel using Ina Garten's recipe and this delicious salt!

Great price but it's wet
By far the best price for a more raw, natural sea salt. Has little dark specks. This doesn't concern me, and it's natural. Americans aren't used to it because we consider sea salt an upgrade-level product and it's usually filtered to remove these. Important: this salt is not dry. If this is important to you, as it was to me: dry it on defrost mode in the microwave in a glass baking dish, stirring every 7 minutes or so, until it reaches an internal temperature of 230F / 110C. (This is just beyond the boiling point of fully saturated hot saltwater.) You could also bake it in a glass baking dish at 350 until it reaches that internal temp. (Air drying will not work. You need strong heat.)

Damp
The salt feels “damp” and it clogs up my grinder. I had to air dry on a cookie sheet for a few days
