Hey, I read all the negative comments and frankly, most of these comments were based on user error. I put this in my big storage shed outside. And yes, several times I opened the door just after sundown with still a little bit of dusk light left......no, it does not turn on. It will only turn in when it is dark. And I knew that up front....and am okay with it. Do I wish it would turn on when it is ALMOST DARK? Sure. But it won't. But I give this 5 stars because everything they promised......they delivered on that. Cheap light....20 seconds to install......battery easy to charge.....and tons of light in that shed. But it only works when you truly need it....in darkness.

Good product for the price. Wireless battery operated all good but lumens could be brighter. Love the motion detection features

I recently got a lean to built on the side of my house, and wanted some lighting in there to help when sorting the bins etc.Seen this model with its motion sensing abilities, and took a punt on it.I'll break this review down down in to segments for handiness.Glad to report that the punt paid off!InstallationEasy to install via the little fitting kit that came bundled with it, which consisted of a couple of screws and rawplugs and a bracket, the way it works is you mount the bracket to where you're fitting the lamp, and twist the lamp on to the bracket with one simple twist, very easy to install, and very handy to put the lamp in its position.Battery lifeI charged the lamp fully when I got it (mid January) and it's still going strong on that initial charge, so the battery gets a thumbs up too.FunctionalityThe lamp comes with a switch that has 3 X settings, Off/On and (this is the mode I use) motion sensing mode, which basically means it will only come on when it senses movement, works very well, senses me from a good few meters away, and the light comes on, and stays on after I've gone for about a minute at a time, which is great for preserving the battery life. Light itself is fairly bright, I'd put it on par with one of the large old school florescent tube lights from years gone by.Overall, I'm very happy with it, cost me 27£ and fitted in under ten minutes.The alternative was to get an electrician in, and I don't want to think about what the cost of that would have been.Best purchase I've made in years! 10/10

One of the best products I’ve bought for my house. I bought 4 of these for my 3 car garage because the lighting wasn’t great and these completely solved my problem!Super bright and easy to install on the ceiling (very light)! The motion sensor works great and WILL NOT turn on during the daytime when lights aren’t needed to save battery!Since installing these in my garage, i hardly ever have to use the original garage light switch - they are very bright and last a long time (I’ve only had to I charge them 3-4 times max in 12 months).I also use one in my pantry and have never had to charge it (10 months and still going strong).Battery takes a while to charge but it’s worth it for the amount of time it’s active for.

I didn't have that high of expectations for this light but it certainly surprised them. As I really didn't want to have to run wiring, thought I'd try a battery powered one and I'm glad I did. Super bright, motion detection works great, and turns off rather quickly...perfect for a bathroom closet.
