Do not recommend for newborns
I do not recommend this tub for newborns. It's a great baby tub however I don't use it much with my newborn because there is no "stopper" so the baby does not slide down and I have to hold my baby with one hand. I'm sure I will use it more when she is able to sit up on her own.

Good price and as sturdy as other tubs
Good price and as sturdy as other tubs, but without non-slip or a “seat” to keep baby in place, baby slides around. I stopped using and went back to the same tub we had used for the first baby. A slippery tub for an already slippery and unstable baby is not a good combo. Basically felt like I was trying to keep baby in place in a bowl.

nice idea but not functional.
This Tub is a good design except for the fact that my 3 month old slides down and can't keep a good position, his head almost hits the water line wich isn't much. The material for the head pad should also be in the area where the but is so the child won't slide.
