ACCEPTABLE CONCESSION FOR CARNIVORE DIET
(I BEGAN CARNIVORE DIET 5/1/24 AT 190LBS MY KIDS WERE CALLING ME FAT! LOL! I AM 168LBS IN THE PIC 12 WEEKS LATER, YOU CAN DO IT GUYS/GIRLS! HANG TOUGH AND STAY NATURAL. HORMONE THERAPY/STEROIDS HAVE SIDE EFFECTS, DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU DIFFERENT, BEEN DOING THIS ON AND OFF SINCE 1980 AND I'VE SEEN A LOT OF PEOPLE GET HURT/SICK AND WORSE! JUST AIN'T WORTH IT! NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE ABLE TO "LEAN OUT" AGAIN AT 60YRS. CARNIVORE MADE IT HAPPEN!(proper human diet will straighten out your hormone profile!)BE PATIENT! When I started the Carnivore diet I wanted to stick to the rules 100%, this product immediately violates them with the inclusion of Stevia and Monk Fruit extract(TRUST ME WITHOUT THE SWEETNERS YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO STOMACH THE PUTRID TASTE OF THE MOST VALUABLE INGREDIENTS! USING THE SWEETNERS WAS THE ONLY OPTION,THE PRODUCT WOULD BE "UNSELLABLE" OTHERWISE! JOB WELL DONE!!!). I have utilized other ketosis based diets in the past with excellent results and was excited to try Carnivore! My problem is that due to life's other responsibilities I was having a hard time meeting my protein/fat requirements. I work out 4X weekly primarily doing resistance training with occasional cardio. I decided that to keep my sanity I conceded that I would utilize this product for convenience sake even though it had the sweeteners. I love red meat, but honestly I have a difficult time sitting down and chewing it for 25-30min 3x daily! (I also utilize eggs and other animal flesh). I am willing to suffer the tiny carbohydrate value this product has (2g) seeing that it will not kick me out of ketosis and ultimately for convenience sake! It is usually but not always my first and last meal of the day or makes a great "quickie" when unexpected life circumstances pop up and do not permit a "meal time". I blend it(Ninja blender) with water,1/2 teaspoon of Redmonds salt and 8-9ea. egg yolks to give it some "body" plus the additional fat content(it does not induce sugar cravings and holds me for 4+hrs no prob!). I find the taste, although not absolutely delicious, is very good and a welcomed reprieve from the monotony of my other meals (I'm a vanilla guy, chocolate products can be "iffy" for my stomach). I was apprehensive to add this at first but I am at peace with it now and I am positive it will not keep me from my goals of both the reduction of mild inflammation as well as bodyfat loss! This product has a SUPERB ingredient profile which includes alot of ingredients I honestly would not have purchased separately. I am 60yrs old and have trained(naturally) on and off for 45yrs and have seen and heard just about everything, I have confidence in this product and I am glad that I purchased it!! (*They sent me chocolate by mistake once, it's non-returnable so I used it. The taste was very good but I occasionally got mild upset stomach from it, not blaming the product because I think I have mild cocoa bean sensitivity, if you do well with chocolate products you should be fine!*)

Great product!
I have ordered this product 3 times twice the buttery vanilla and once the chocolate seems to be a clean source of protein with not many ingredients. The flavor of these protein powders are really good the buttery vanillia flavor beats any other bland vanillia protein powder on the market. Mixes easily in water. Kind of pricey but the flavor and smooth texture make it worth it. I also mix it in greek yogurt.

Just stays in chunks! Taste bad
I've used many many types of protein and this one has a horrible taste and it stays in chunks even after hours in my shake bottle. I've shake it and shake it and shake it over and over and over and it still has chunks it never breaks up. I'm mad because I paid so much. I'm just going to stick with my Walmart stuff that tastes great and I actually get energy from

VERY sweet, but treats the body good
I bought this to use in my morning coffee. I’ll likely try a few smoothies with it once summer hits. Right away I noticed what others had warned about with the sweet flavor & the difficulty in it dissolving & mixing in. I put it at the bottom of my coffee cup so it has time to dissolve while brewing. When it’s done brewing, there’s still some left to dissolve, but I find if I break up all the powder, get it all wet & let it sit in the coffee for a couple of minutes, it dissolves fine. I feel good when ingesting the powder. It makes me feel full for hours. It does not give me a stomachache like some powders do. I recently found out I’m anemic, so I’m sure this will help with that too. My only complaint is how incredibly sweet it is & it leaves the stevia aftertaste. I’ve been trying to cut it with unflavored protein powder to dull the sweetness. It helps, but then I do not get as much of the benefits of a full scoop. I wish they cut the sweetness in half (at least). I’ll likely buy it again because of the organs, but I’ll also keep shopping for a less sweet protein powder. UPDATE: 11/7/24- I couldn’t ever get used to the sweetness of this powder. I used 1/2 scoop with 1/2 scoop of unflavored collagen powder to try & make it less sweet. I have since tried 2 other protein powders (PaleoValley & Equip) to see if I could find a good fit for my needs. After using the 3 (each at different times), I found that Equip works best for my body, in regards to taste & how I feel when taking it.

Tastes MUCH BETTER than it sounds!
I jumped off the whey bandwagon quite a good while ago and had used several different protein powders and they weren't bad but then I ran across this Liver King guy talking about how nutritionally dense organ meats are and that he consumes a lot of them, (along with a few other things as we've recently found out) but that's a whole different story that I'm not concerned with. To get in really good shape requires a good diet, discipline, and hard work even if you do take a few "enhancements." Plus, orgaqn meats are some of the most nutritionally dense things we can eat on the planet, it's just they'r so nasty to consume in their natural form. I was skeptical about the possible flavor of these protein powders but I gave them a try anyway based on the nutritional info alone. I ordered the chocolate and the butter vanilla and upon opening both of them was pleasantly surprised. They smell delicious! I proceeded to make me a normal shake with just the powder, milk, and ice. It blended up perfectly in the NutriBullet and it tasted great to my surprise. It is the best tasting protein shake I have ever used. Now my go to everyday mix is 6-8 cubes of ice, 1 cup of Fairlife chocolate milk, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 scoop of butter vanilla, 1 scoop of chocolate, 1 tablespoon of organic cacao powder, 1 cup of baby spinach, 2 full tablespoons of PB2, creatine, and a full tablespoon of organic coconut oil and blended in the NutriBullet. I split this with my 14 year old son and he loves it and it tastes just like a melted milkshake! Best tasting protein powder ever!

My Husband & I Have Finally Found The One For Us!
For years, off & on, my hubby & I have attempted many different protein powders & 9 times outta 10 we’d always experience stomach upset, constipation, etc. all the bad side effects. Then we found Jocko Molk which was great other than the high cost. Now after some vigorous research here on Amazon we’ve found the one for us. The Fittest! It’s way more nutritious than Jocko Molk & also contains colostrum. I also previously took a collagen powder for many years but since I’ve transitioned to The Fittest I get all the collagen I need & from much better sources. This powder is best for us when we add to a smoothie. I’d like to share with you all in case you’re looking for a way to consume it. You’ll need : *1 cup oat milk (I get Healthier Comforts Organic Oat Milk Powder - no seed oils, only oat milk!) *1 Avocado *1 Frozen Banana (sometimes I add more) *1 cup organic kale (or greens of choice) *1 scoop of The Fittest Butter Vanilla Floavor (or I suppose the chocolate - I can’t have that one cause I have a bladder disease known as Interstitial Cystitis & chocolate is bad for it) We use the Ninja Blender! I hope this is helpful to someone here today. Sending all my best on your new journey! This is a phenomenal quality protein powder & so much more than that. Nose to Tail!!

Great ingredients, not great taste
Ordered this as recommended by my naturopath. Impressed with the quality ingredients, but the flavor is less than appealing and honestly hard to drink alone. I’ve tried this twice; once with water and once with raw milk. Flavor is not great (I’m being kind here). Will likely add to my milk kefir smoothies in order to bear the flavor (Butter Vanilla). May try the other option next time because I really want to get the nose-to-tail benefits of real ingredients. Recommend as it’s the best option for a protein powder, but prepare yourself for the off-flavor.
