The quality of this band is really excellent, stays quite tight and doesn't slip very often, sustaining and stabilizing the knee in an excellent way, while still being comfortable and offering freedom of movement. and even after a year of intensive usage, it is still in a really good state. Practico tocho y estoy operada de mi rodilla izquierda. Aún sigo en terapia y esta rodilleras me ayuda bastante cuando tengo que ejercer un poco mas de fuerza. Me da un excelente soporte. Antes tenía una mecánica pero la verdad esta no le pide mucho es bastante buena porque soporta perfectamente las laterales y meniscos.

Even though it's a simple sleeve design, it really stopped my knee pain when walking for exercise. It has a small zig-zag bead of silicone on the top that stops the sleeve from moving down. I was thinking that would feel too noticeable but I can't detect it at all when using. I also thought I should be buying something that can go on fast and easy (like with velcro) or else I would not use it, but this slips on easy and it's simplicity is worth taking my shoe on and off for (yes, I can be that lazy). Lastly, I thought it would be too hot to wear in a Texas summer --- well, EVERYTHING is too hot to wear for a Texas summer but the support did not add any discomfort or feel weird.

No tengo ninguna lesión pero después de jugar tenis la rodilla me dolía por horas y me hacía incluso cojear, comencé a usar esta rodillera y fue el remedio perfecto. Al usarla se me olvida que la tengo puesta, no me restringe el movimiento y es muy cómoda.

These work great, they helped ease my knee pain a bit and literally added some spring to my step, lol. Very comfortable to wear, and they have two zig-zag lines of silicone in the top inner elastic to keep it from slipping down your leg. They should feel a little tight, but shouldn't make your leg go numb. I sized mine according to the guide in the listing and they fit fine. I wound up getting used ones since my new ones never seemed to ship, so try that if they seem slow to ship. Cheaper that way too.
