Absolutely disgraceful. I’ve just begun to decorate and all the letters were out of order and had blu tac on the back of them and some of them were ripped/folded too. This has clearly been used and returned? Too damaged to use as the letters are damaged. So now I have no banner to use for my daughters party and it’s too late to order another one. Also god knows who’s used it before me, could have anything on it. Check your returns !!

Bits missing
When opened it was all bent and tangled together like it had been used before and just shoved back in the package. Letters missing off the half way to one.
