This neckband speaker is Worth the price. But the recieved product was defective, right side speaker sounds louder than left side speaker & the bass is cracking on the right side speaker even in low volume, the seller has promised a replacement hope it will work good. I will give the final review after testing it. But the sound quality is good, only problem is the bass crack sound & uneven volume between the left & right speaker.Final VerdictGot the replacement, this time left & right speaker sounds in perfect balanced volume, sound quality is also top notch & I really liked the sound of this neckband. But there's a problem with this neckband that can't be fixed, it's the build quality, it rattles on the right side button portion when played above 50% volume, which makes the sound unpleasant. It's really unfortunate such a good sounding neckband have this defect.

This neckband functioned perfectly for the first month, then it went completely dead, no lights, no sounds, and I tried to contact Promate, but they didn't respond via email and there is no other help option available. A complete waste of money.

Amazing product for people working on machines but stopped working in 11 months & the warranty is for 2 yrs can u plz tell me how do I claim warranty .
