This machine is amazing works great, got the adjustment just right and the texture of the product is smooth. Tech-support is great, parts are available for the future. Cleaning and lubricating is very important. Receivd my unit within a week’s time. Now to put it to work and make some money! It’s been a big hit in my nightclub, making margarita, piña colada and mango. Just an idea, I keep my back up product in 1 gallon jugs in the freezer, so when I do put it in the machine it freezes within five minutes.It doesn’t turn into a block of ice because it has rum, it’s just super cold . I don’t keep it in the freezer overnight. We all know that customers all come in the last two hours of business so you have to be ready!! Try it out, I’m sure you’ll be happy with this machine. I think I’m going to buy the two bowl machines for a rental business It’s a little easier to pick up !!

I have had this machine for 1 year now and overall I am very pleased with it. I use it for alcoholic slushies in my beer distributor and it works perfectly for what I need. The only issue I have had with it is that when I tried to put it on the refrigerator mode overnight it ended up freezing the product completely by the morning. I just don't use the refrigerator mode any more.We did have a fan go bad inside the machine. I contacted the company on a Tuesday and they had me a replacement in hand by Friday, free of charge. The customer service is quick and fantastic.

My inaugural use of our home Bravo Italia machine was for a July 4th party. It is a beautiful machine! Totally professional appearance. I tested in on July 3rd. Perfection! I had it running for 16 hours on July 4th. We had frozen margaritas, pina coladas and mudslides on tap for our guests all day! Everyone was happily surprised by our new purchase and tap-ready frozen drinks. Cleaning was easy and quick. It's just sitting there, ready for our next party. maybe Labor Day? The rep for Bravo (Alberto) was in Italy. I had a few questions for him. Despite the time difference, he picked up on the first ring and was always friendly and helpful. I am thrilled with this purchase.

A total waste of money. Just after a few short months of use, the machine is falling apart. Middle barrel stops freezing, the plastic that holds the freezing barrels has detached in some areas, on all the barrels. Other bits and pieces are falling out of place and liquid is getting into place that it should not.Follow up review. The Machine has now failed, all three barrels have stopped freezing, off to the dump. This is by far, the worst purchase I've ever made. This isn't just a lemon, it's poorly designed in every way.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. We own a small bar and offer two wine slushees and a frozen margarita. The machine works as intended. No problems with it so far. Customer service is five star as well!

I wrote a honest review and now it has disappeared! I liked the 3 bowl initially, but poor quality and no local representatives for repair has caused MAJOR PROBLEMS! The company representative for some reason doesn't understand that a warranty item needs to be fixed by the company. It was confirmed that the machine was defective internally. First and foremost, a defective machine, after 2 months, is not my fault, but I AM PAYING THE PRICE. The company does not want to fix it using a REPUTABLE local company because the Bravo Representative thinks the repair cost it too high for the work that needs to be completed. The company representatives words are, "Americans are too sleepy" meaning, "The American repair company is charging too many hours to fix the machine." The cost to repair the machine will be the same no matter where it is repaired according to the reputable repair company. Furthermore, I have taken time out of my busy day to drive the machine down to get repaired, ON MY OWN TIME AND MONEY. This was over 2 WEEKS AGO!!!! Bravo has ZERO replacement units AND refuses to fix the machine.Bravo Representative refuses to fix the machine because it will cost over $250 to repair. This is not my fault so why as a customer am I the one being punished! I paid $2,291.92 and have lost at least $750-$1,000 in revenue because the Bravo representative doesn't want to pay.The Bravo Representative is based in Italy so that makes things even more difficult.I know the Representative from Bravo will see this review, as he saw the last one I posted that was somehow deleted. I am disgusted with Bravo. I am disgusted with the Bravo Representative. Somehow the Representative thinks he can yell and complain his way to getting his way. It's not working. Honest people are suffering and even the repair company has tried to reason with the Bravo Representative....to no avail.

We love this machine. I have actually purchased 4 of them.

Had the machine for 3 months and one of the white spiral augers broke. Called the company to get it replaced (8 months ago) and never received the part. It works well when it works, but is trash if anything breaks.
