Calm Mind Magnesium + L- Theanine Powder

My husband uses this magnesium powder to relax his nervous system. He is an incredibly active man and relaxing is not his priority, so getting him to rest was hard. This supplement is a mandatory reorder because its effectiveness is real: he now sleeps a minimum of 7 hours, whereas before he only slept 4.For best results, he takes it 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Pro-tip: Mix it in warm water so it dissolves perfectly and becomes very easy to swallow. The honey chamomile flavor is nice. It delivers premium quality and true health value for our family.

I have been using this product for almost 20 years- even before the original company/manufacturer sold and it’s one of the only supplements that I can’t tell when I don’t take it- I sleep better, am less bloated and more regular and have less achy stiff dates when I take it. I’ve tried taking other Mg supplements when this one isn’t available and none of them feel the same. So now I stock up whenever I’m in the US as I travel a lot for work and many of the countries I frequent don’t have this product for sale.

Calm is an excellent source of a magnesium supplement. It mixes well with any liquid, and has a very pleasant taste. You feel naturally tranquil with Calm according to your biological make-up—rather than a chemical inducement. I use Calm daily, and highly recommend it.

I really did not like the taste. I normally buy the lemon raspberry flavor which is very good and think I clicked on the wrong item.

I drank a lot of natural calm when I was pregnant in 2016, and it took me until now to shake off my memory of the aftertaste - it was the theanine that convinced me. I mixed up the suggested intro dose and braced myself for a sip and.....oh, okay, no, it's MUCH better than it used to be. It has a faint honey taste (not my favorite but relatively inoffensive) and maybe a little bit of an impression of chamomile. I add lemonade mix and it's actually.... good???? I'm shocked, this is so fantastic. I'm actually taking magnesium again. Make sure to follow the directions and dissolve in warm water first, trust me! Also, I ramped up gradually as suggested on the container and didn't have any issues, but I know from past experience that it can have a significant laxative effect if you have too much too fast.
