Although it's a pleasant thing to do in the morning I've noticed no difference in my face. I've believe it's over priced and over hyped. I'm not happy about it at all & I'd like my money back.

I had a NuFace device about 10 years ago and loved it but it stopped working in less than a year and NuFace would not honor the warranty. I figured I’d give it another try—surely their product would have improved after 10 years—but this time it stopped holding a charge in less than 2 months. It was outside the Amazon return window and the seller would not give me a replacement. Thankfully I reached back out to Amazon and they made an exception and allowed me to return it for a refund. Extremely disappointment that the quality has only gotten worse in the past decade, because I really do love how it works while it works 🤷‍♀️

I LOVE THIS DEVICE - SMALL - EASY TO USE - GREAT STARTER ITEMS I saw dramatic & instant results just after 1 night. My skin felt tighter the next morning which surprised me since it had been feeling kind of soft & squishy. My face feels much firmer, and took about 10 years off of my jawline just after 1 week. I don't like the silk cream - it makes my skin mildly break out with irritation bumps - same with the water gel cream. I switched to a lighter-weight microcurrent gel (fragrance free). Their ingredients seem to be too intense for my dry, sensitive skin. The device itself is AMAZING. I highly recommend this as a regular nightly option especially if you travel a lot.

The set doesn’t include a brush, even though it’s shown on the box, which makes applying the gel more difficult. It’s also hard to understand the effectiveness and how exactly the device works — sometimes it delivers a current, sometimes it doesn’t, so it’s not clear if it’s functioning properly. However, I do like how it has become a part of my routine.

I can see a difference after 1 month. My face is lifted and looks more youthful.
