Better than a bulky trash can. I use the strap around my shifter and hang it over the passenger’s side. Doesn’t bother the passenger since it’s just fabric and doesn’t obstruct leg room. Sits well on the side and i can reach it while driving.

Love these! they are a great size. I attached mine to the center consul but it hangs in the back seat. My 6 year old can easily reach it and gather all the gummy wrappers and juice boxes into one place. It is lined with a plastic that is easy to wipe down. You could even use this as a wet bag for a bathing suit if needed or a little "snack sack" for a trip to the park.
