SertaiComfort Carbon Fiber Memory Foam Pillow, Queen, Grey

Every night, I slide into bed and it is actually cold. I sleep better with less fighting my pillow! It is firm and comfortable. It does hold its shape. It's like a mini mattress for my head. Love it!

DO NOT ORDER A PILLOW FROM AMAZON! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR....I ordered two Serta iComfort Carbon Fiber Memory Foam Pillow, Queen, Gray. What i received was a Serta perfect Sleeper Graphite Infused Memory Foam Pillow, Oversized Traditional, Grey. Which Is a inferior and less expensive memory foam pillow. I ordered TWO pillows not ONE and got ripped off. It said i was ordering it from amazon.ca but it came from amazon.com who is had it sent to them from elite comfort solutions Inc. and charged me more than they were worth. i paid $215 CAD a piece for two $99 USD pillows that were worth $130-140 CAD tops, and the pillows i recieved were worth $75 USD not the same pillow and was dated 2004 it nearly 20 years old WTF. And the the pressure relief holes in the foam are not cut out nicely like in the pictures the are hunks of memory foam torn out from the holes hanging off the pillow that make it feel lumpy. This would need to be picked off in order to use the pillow. I am not sure if it is even a real Serta pillow, if it is it has to be a reject would explain why its been collecting dust for eighteen years. Not impressed, Will be getting a Refund! Thanks Amazon... If I could give less than one star i would...

Waste of money. Spent $100 for this pillow bc I needed better support from my pillow. I have $10 pillows from Sam's that are more comfortable than this. Very disappointed with my purchase and have an expensive pillow I can't even use. No support at all. Head just sinks in.

This is a very-very nice cool pillow. Good support yet not too firm.
