WHITE - SoundBender 3.0 Easy-Fit Magnetic Sound Amplifier for iPad 2, iPad 3 and iPad 4th Generation

I was SO hopeful! Frequently, I really strain to hear Podcasts, even at full volume on my 12.9” iPadPro (3rd generation). So, stumbling upon this device — and some of the most positive reviews — I envisioned the added 10 DB amplification was going to be ideal. The sound would be more directed towards the front of the screen. It just made sense.But, sadly, I needed to have paid attention, instead, to the negative reviews, especially considering the $20+ price tag…First, as reviewers stated, it won’t stay fastened. It just falls off. The magnet isn’t strong enough, and the fit against the back and front is too loose. Release it, and it’ll flop backward. Perhaps, it’s made for a different model? But I did due diligence, I thought, in checking to see if my model was the right fit. It says iPad 2, 3 and 4. But that excludes the iPadPros?Secondly, I discovered my tablet has more than one speaker! They’re numerous! But in none of the reviews had I read anyone stating that theirs was, too. So, perhaps, it’s not intended for the iPadPro?It’s difficult to imagine it being made with such a large gap between the front curve and flat back so that the grip is inadequate and the magnet has no chance.To late to return, but wanted to be sure to share, as I package it for donation. Even at $20+ each, I’d buy four if they were slimmer and if the magnet would hold….

Didn't work with an iPad Mini although I hoped it would, the magnets don't seem to work very well.

Doesn’t work at all. Falls off, no sound increase. Want my money back,

It improved the sound somewhat but not a much as I expected.

Noticeably louder sound. Fits fine. The magnetic attachment works, but can still be knocked loose; best for use with a stand that will hold the iPad still.

Simple little gizmo really does work....just don't expect miracles...it doesn't amplify sound, it only directs it forward.

My boyfriend had been wanting one of there's for quite some time and I finally ordered it for him. Sorry I waited so long to do it. He no longer sits fiddling with the volume on his iPad. This product amplifies the sound very well.
