My little niece enjoyed The Hundred Dresses story and I wanted her to also understand the main idea of this story, so I decided to get An Instructional Guide for Literature for this particular book. It was very helpful guiding me as what questions to ask and when to ask. We read the book twice ---- guiding her through each chapter by discussing what's happening, not to get confused with details for the main idea.I highly recommend getting An Instructional Guide for Literature if you're a parent or aunt/uncle reading to your little one and wanting he/her to understand the main idea of the story and also understanding the important details of the story - because there is no story without important details.

Great guide! This is the best one that I have seen on the book, The Hundred Dresses.

It will be helpful as I plan guided reading and book study lessons for my students.
