What are the internal dimensions at the top and the bottom?

The bottom interior dimensions are 9" x 15", and the top interior dimensions are 16" x 10". The internal depth is still 6".

Can you tell me if the lids are included in the advertised price? Thanks

I don't think so; I think they are sold separately.

Does this purchase include a lid?

NO, this product does NOT come with a lid, though a couple different lids are available. The basic one is this, http://www.amazon.com/Cambro-Camwear-1218CCW135-18-Inch-Clear/dp/B0001MRUZU. Be aware that that this product is intended for food SERVING, and short term storage, and though the lids will clamp on and not come off easily, they are not designed to provide an airtight seal.
