Not cheap but worth it
Love these. They relieve my plantar fasciitis whlie working out. Easy to move from one pair of shoes to the other.

Goid insole kinda pricey though
Good a little too firm but not bad used them for almost a yr and normally I switch every 6 months but they held up for bout 9 months

Support
Great support. Make sure you slowly get used to them. If you're not used to support then only wear for a few hours at a time for the first few days or else you will be sore.

Love them. Used them for years for shoes that are not vionic brand

Odd sizing
I only tried it on the floor (as shown in the picture), since it didn't fit in my shoes. Pros: immediate relief of the arch. You can tell these work better than what I currently have. Cons: the sizes cover many different shoe sizes. So size Medium, covers women's 8.5 to 10, which is a lot. I am size 8.5-9 (depending on the brand), and the insole is too long for my shoes and they don't seem to be made for users to cut the toe section. Also, I have other Vionic insoles (Women's medium, from 8.5 to 10) but they are shorter. So eventhough they are long, they are quite closer to my shoe size. This is shown in the other picture, where I have both vionic insoles, and you can see who there is a full inch of length difference.
