I reached out to the company and submitted a web request and never heard back. My experience says don’t buy it. Too expensive if the frothed doesn’t work. If it worked I believe it would do any kind of milk just fine. **Q: Can i connect this machine to a 2000w 220v-110v converter without any problem ?** A: Hello, No, we do not recommend using converters. Our units should be plugged directly into an outlet for optimal performance. Thank you **Q: Not frothing milk correctly. very little froth. coffee not as hot today. what am i doing wrong?** A: I learned that certain plant based mills like oat milk don’t get recognized by the milk frothing sensor - soy seems to work. **Q: Can you use Refillable pods?** A: Don't think so; if you haven't yet purchased this model, don't. It doesn't froth milk properly. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Important things to know about this great expresso machine. *by S***F on 18 August 2022* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amaaaaaazing! 100% recommend it. *by Y***. on 22 February 2022* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works perfectly *by A***A on 17 April 2023* ## Frequently Bought Together - Nespresso Gran Lattissima Original Espresso Machine with Milk Frother by De'Longhi, Fresh White - Nespresso Variety Pack for OriginalLine, 50 Capsules - Nespresso Capsules Original Line, Barista Flavored Pack, Medium Roast Espresso Coffee, 30 Count Espresso Coffee Pods --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/473636075-nespresso-by-delonghi-en650w-gran-lattissima-original-espresso-machine-milk](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/473636075-nespresso-by-delonghi-en650w-gran-lattissima-original-espresso-machine-milk) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
