S05 RGB Photography Lighting, APP Control Portable Led Lighting Panel, on camera led Light for Photography Video Picture Vlog

I love this little light. I got it for filming and find myself using it as a utility light for all.kjnds of things due to its small size and weight and output. Easy to use and has an app for remote control

I bought this light for portability and ease of use. I have many lights in my arsenal as I film and produce commercials and TV shows. so I wanted to compare it to one of my other portable lights the neewer CN-160 which is close to the same size as this light. since the Neewer only produces a white light, I set the portable RGB light to white light only and turned Y,R,G,B to B to 0 and W to 100. and took a photo of my equipment closet with all of the lights off and only using the RGB light with one picture and used the Neewer with another picture. As you can see pictures are comparable and this little sucker is much smaller and produces a great light for it's size. (the picture used with the RGB light has the Neweer in the bottom right corner on the table) I'm defintely going to toss the Neweer on the back shelf and not use it as much. This little thing is nice. You can also adjust as much or as little amount of RGB & YW light as you want, and the battery lasts a long time. Do yourself a favor and give this thing a shot!

This is much better than I expected. About the size of a credit card and half an inch thick. You download the app and there is a lot of controls on there that gives you the option of different colored light, different effect as well as how bright and intense the light can be with the touch of the app on your phone. It comes with a wire so you can plug into the light, but you'll need to use an USB adapter that you have around the house. It also comes with some screw thing for the bottom of the light, in case you need to attach that to a tri pod. All in all, this is a great find!

I have three of these lights and after using it consistently for a month, I no longer have confidence in its sturdiness. Here’s the run down.One of the three units arrived with the battery rattling loose inside. The light unit turns on but it would not charge when plugged in. The second unit begin to exhibit the same problem a few weeks later. There’s no rattling sound inside but the light would not charge when plugged in. I’m using these lights indoors and they stay stationary as I have them set up in my photo booth.At 100% brightness and battery fully charged, the lights last just under an hour. They have good amount of brightness though not as bright as my more expensive light unit with the same size. I really like that I can control the three light units at the same time with the app.I do enjoy the functionality that this light offers but after having to exchange it twice, I have no confidence that the light would last for very long or that that it would travel well.

The media could not be loaded.  The S05 is a big step up from the S03! Here are the differences I have noticed.A bit bigger in size, double the battery life, noticeable difference in maximum output and buttons plus a mini screen.The biggest advantage of the mini screen and buttons is setting which channel to assign the light to, this comes really handy when using the app. The S03 just defaults at channel A which can be a nuisance when you have multiple lights since you cant adjust the light separately, but all that solved with the S05 since you can choose which channel you want the light to be in. As shown in the video, I am able to adjust separately.Also posted photos comparing the size of the 2 devices, size compared to an SD card and accessories that comes with it. For the price, it's really worth it!

First I was sceptical about it's navigation, but after 5minutes playing with app I ordered 2 more lights right away!.I'm a wedding videographer in NY, so work almost every day, and I had various lights for my gimbal setup and detail shots with all this rings watches etc. This is so much fun to control this light from the phone while it's hanging on a gimbal with fully extended monopod, and the app is so responsive, almost no wait time for reconnect it just works!! Phenomenal!.Usually all this lights need time to reconnect or if away and came back to change something you have to reconnect, this guy is just here, and Lee and Rosco filter palette is so convenient omg!..

This is easily one of my favorite little gizmos in my bag! It’s about as compact as a cassette tape but really packs a great punch of light! I’ve used it to just spice up a photo with a little extra light or color, or inside a light box to fill a product in even better. It’s MUCH brighter than you’d expect from something this size and the app control is awesome - literally tell it what mode you want and it just does it. Another fun use I’ve found is that it has a tripod hole in the bottom so you can set it up on a mini “desk” tripod for use during a Zoom call if you need to.Every now and then I find a neat little gizmo on Amazon that I love - this was one of them!

Being able to change the fill color via the app makes this an awesome little fill light.

Is not the the first time that I bought a light from weeylite!! As you see the in the photos i have another one that I use for my photoshoots. I love this S05! Is bright, small, easy to carry and the app is amazing!!! I was a bit confused about how to connect it with my phone but i realized after have a look to the instructions.Worth every cent!!
