This is a great product. It doesn’t cake and harden, is not thick, and still moisturizes. I have sjogren’s and this product, although pricey, is wonderful!

Good stuff.
This stuff is the only thing that helps keep my nose from getting bloody all the time. I live in the desert and had problems with a bloody nose all the time until I found NeilMed Gel Spray.

Good for moisturizing nasal passages
Got this nasogel because I wanted to keep the inside of my nasal passages moisturized and potentially break up scar tissue over time. Not sure how it’s doing with the scar tissue, but it does feel moisturized, doesn’t burn, and doesn’t have a bad smell or aftertaste.

Product is nice and smooth. Works no burning.
I have to unfortunately take a star away because it says remove blue cap. Nobody will get this off without taking the spray mechanism with it! I had to CAREFULLY taking a razor knife and cutting blue part only the long way. It then peels right off! Instructions just say remobe ble top. Haaaaa, Just goes to show no one ever used this prduct and design team for spray bottle, probably overseas idiots. Wake up !
