**Q: How do oyu replace the battery on this item?**
A: It comes with instructions on how to replace it

**Q: How tall is the staff? "Standard" for size doesn't inform people of the inches.**
A: My son is 5'5 its taller than he is by about 4 inchs. It glows which I didn't know when I bought it. Think they mean standard adult. But he loves it and was very excited when he found out it glows. Its well made and looks great. Hope that helps.

**Q: How to replace light?**
A: There is no light in it. It doesn't light up.I was very disappointed in that. I should have researched it better.

**Q: I think the staff purple sphere has something broken inside it. Something is rattling around in it. Is this normal?**
A: Probably, it's very cheaply made materials. I wouldn't be surprised if it was damaged in transit which is causing it to malfunction or broken. My staff didn't have any issues, but after holding it for a few minutes I could tell it was poorly made.
