No regrets. I love my Victrix Pro!!!
Thus thing is magnificent. Sturdy, smooth, sexy and sleek. The buttons are gratifyingly clicky, the braided purple cable is long and stylish, the backlighting is super fun to play with, the top line of buttons make practice super easy. Man I love this controller. I loved it so much, I also got the Victrix fight stick!

Unnecessarily premium, but the quality/features justify the price for serious fighting game fans
Compatible with PS4, PS5, and PC (these days I'm mainly playing SF6 on Steam) Build quality's amazing. The chassis is aluminum, just hefty enough that you don't have to worry about sliding it around on your lap (assisted by the generous rubber and foam padding underneath), but light enough that you can pick it up and wave it around with one hand. The wrist rest area is the best I've used, and this is coming from many sticks including the Mad Catz TES+ whose very useable wrist rest is completely eclipsed in comfort by the Victrix, to hard edged, harsh-angled beasts like the Qanba Dragon. The underside is lined with smooth rubber on the sides near the handles, and a thin layer of high quality foam along the lid. The lights along the top panel and the sides are great too. You won't see them during gameplay, obviously, but they've made a good impression with friends watching along who are newer to fighting games. Also, it's great for modding. Unlike other sticks, you can't easily modify the top surface without more exotic modding methods like metal etching/engraving, but getting into the guts of the thing is a pleasure. There's a lid underneath with a sturdy, well fit lid that more or less stays in place where you leave it (i.e. doesn't flap around loosely), and it's well organized inside. The only thing I can nitpick is that, since I'm transitioning to GamerFinger screw-in buttons (which I highly recommend over the stock Sanwas if you want a quieter, sturdier button with a more pronounced depress or "springback" action), space to get in there and work the screw threads is somewhat tight. But as of the time of writing I've replaced all the 24mm buttons - just need to find a single 30mm GamerFinger in stock to replace the jump button. I anticipate that sticking to latch/buckle-style buttons would present zero issues with space to mod. But if you're just looking for a good stick to game on, or even start learning fighting games if you're new, I wouldn't recommend this as your first fightstick purchase. The extent to which the build quality and features actually justify the lofty $400 price tag won't be apparent until after you've been through a bunch of different sticks (and even then, for some, $400 is too far north to justify any arcade stick beyond the basic expectations of taking some abuse and lasting a few years without having to change out parts, and that's perfectly reasonable). There are plenty of sub-$200 sticks out there that will last through years of heavy use and are just as mod-able, with more conventional and available ways to customize the front art. But man, if you know what you're in for, and if you're a longtime, serious fighting game fan with some extra cash to spend, there's a lot to love here.

2 major problems but overall, it's a victrix and its a tank.
Swapped out the crummy buttons with gamer fingers 24mm and the 30mm for the thumb. The only downsides are two: 1) The buttons feel 'tinny' after hitting them like the hollow-ness of the victrix cavity inside is causing it. I used to have the older victrix Pro model with the stick and never had this sound. 2) Two of the last buttons don't work in PC mode. However if switched to PS5 or PS4 when plugged into my win 11 desktop it works. (tried swapping buttons back to sanwa, same thing) Overall, love the build, get lots of compliments. but the real winner are the buttons, swap out your buttons! Hitbox is indeed faster than stick!

Cheap Product Disguised as Premium, crap customer service
This product was fantastic, until it stopped working. May Victrix Pro FS-12s have faulty USB-C ports, that stop working a year or two after purchasing. Fidgeting or moving around will cause your arcade stick to disconnect from your PlayStation or PC. Customer support will not address these issues for you. I still have 20 year old MadCatz arcade sticks from the Street-Fighter 4 era that still work like brand new, and this product, despite being babied and taken great care of, died on its own. The worst part of this is the customer support. I can not in good conscience recommend the most expensive arcade stick on the market if it's going to die like cheap crap from Wish or Temu, and the company has 0 repair options. I will bring this arcade stick to every tournament I go to in the future, and have it available for friendlies just so other competitors can feel it die in their hands, so they will never be tempted to buy a Victrix/Turtle Beach product ever again.

Would recommend
Very well constructed and high end. It is harder to adapt that I thought but it is the first time I feel like I am hitting the right directional sequences thanks to the leverless. I would prefer it had more customizable buttons that's the only disadvantage I guess.

Good stickless hitbox, with very basic sanwas included (Replace buttons eventually with better)
The hitbox is great, lights are cool, heavy, inside is easy to replace buttons (Just learn to hit & hold the little quick release tab button on the metal prong with a very small pointy object while you remove) and the wire management is superb. The quick tab on the metal prong connected to the buttons are pretty hard to remove at first when you replace the buttons, but afterwards they'll be loose and easy to remove for new buttons. The sanwas don't feel good to me at all, they feel very hard, not bouncy, SUPER hallow, and it's not my style. They feel nothing like my other mixbox 30mm sanwas. I purchased gravity Qanbas KS buttons which was a huge upgrade from the sanwas that were included, and then eventually purchased Gamerfinger 24mm. The qanbas are similiar to the gamerfingers, quicker activation but a much shorter distance. I prefer the gamerfingers but the gravity ks are nice. Overrall, I love it. If you don't like hallow hard plastic sanwas which I didn't, get qanba gravity KS 24mm or gamerfinger. Also, I don't think this case can hold all screw on buttons, to be safe buy snap ons and maybe a few screw ons if you want. It's cramped on the inside. Tekken based review. *For people that can't get the quick tabs off the metal prong, Go under a nice light and get a tiny tiny flathead screw driver or something that can push the quick connect while you remove. If you can't remove them which I couldn't remove many at first, get a pliers and pull it out. DO NOT PULL FROM THE WIRE, ONLY THE METAL PART*

Awesome Product
Can hit the moves and supers more accurately and timely. Takes some time to get used to but worth it. This truly is the “Lexus” of lever-less joysticks. Compatibility with both PlayStation 5, 4 and PC is awesome. Sanwa buttons are a bit loud but are easy to activate. Would have been nice for it for it to recognize each system automatically but that’s a nit pick. Love the glowing lights on the side. Would not recommend for the first button only stick but yea I’m glad I bought this, truly a premium product, will put your wallet on a diet.

Best fight stick on the market
I have had no issues from this stick. It looks to be machined from a single block of aluminum that is high grade and there is no flex when even tapping the buttons horrendously. Compatible with ps5 and on pc tekken 8 runs great. 10/10 would recommend. Also the packaging is overkill I love it

Stickless Purple - so verdammt gut

Medium quality
Indeed pro it has some nice features ,but for the price they ask I say still needs serious improvements like buttons to hard if playing long sessions ,the delay it has while playing tekken 8 seems something easy but same for other games.
