This is truly a great value for the price, not to mention the bulbs have a great warranty on them! My 10yr old begged for a long-tailed lizard a couple weeks back. I have like 10 aquariums and actually breed fish, but reptiles are somewhat new to me. I already had a medium zoo-med tank setup on my rack, but new I would need UVA/UVB Bulbs. But other than that, I knew we were good to go so I let him buy the $6 lizard. Then I got home and got looking for the proper lighting for this fella and almost fell out of my chair! To my surprise you can easily spend $75 if not $100 just for lighting! It's mind blowing. So when I found this deal, with bulbs included I jumped at the chance. Then when I rec'd the package to find out the bulbs are guaranteed and they will send you up to 4x more was a steal to say the least! My only issue is the timer is not my favorite. Personally, I would rather there not be a built-in timer. I use all KASA Wifi plugs for my fish tanks so thats what I hoped would happen here. So I plugged in the lights, turned the built-in to always be on. Then set my KASA schedule as I would any. To my surprise, doing this does not work. The lights will not turn back on themselves unless you use the built-in timer function. The built in timer only works on 2, 4, or 6hr intervals, meaning that many hours on per 24hrs. SO now we have it set on 6hrs every 24hrs. At least I think that's how it's going, lol. Other than that, this set is a homerun! Remember, these bulbs get VERY hot! Do not place directly over any plastic as it will melt! I'll save that story for another day!

Love the adjustable settings and easy set up. My water turtle loves the lights. Had almost a year and still working great.

Works great, a tad stiff in moving light where I wanted them to point but really secure clamp. Timer settings, dimmer switch, and can turn on each light separately or together. Instant heat as well.

BEST light ever for our turtle. SHE LOVES this light. it is so much more convient and easy to use. the other ones were always getting broke because one little move of the turtle and it would bust in the screw in part. i love that it has two and that each one is individual setting as well as you can dim each one indvidual she loves having the different parts. she is more active with these lights. the brightness is amazaing. super easy to install as well as the cost was perfect. HIGHLY reccomend this brand and it came on time as promised from the seller. THANK YOU.

3rd day of use, and lights are flickering bad. Was fine the first 2 days, then this started. Wouldn't recommend. Expected them to last at least a month, not 2 days. Cords of good size, timer works great and the ability to adjust the heads individually is nice, but if you're expecting longevity, it's not here.

I would have given the product more stars, however, I was disappointed to see that the goosenecks are not sturdy enough to hold the bulbs. They lean too much under the weight into the tank when bulbs are installed. I will have to look for a sturdier alternative.

With the hot summer my poor cats have been riddled with fleas so the house is too, despite flea spray, smoke bombs etc. I've tried the flea traps with the sticky paper under a warming bulb and watched the critters jump onto and off the paper. Reading the reviews I noticed a comment someone put about using soapy water instead of the sticky papers which gave me an idea. So I bought this lamp, clamped it onto a table out of the way, and directed the lights over a shallow tray with soapy water in it. Oh my goodness! The heat lamps warmed the water and the fleas hopped on over and into the tray where they instantly sank to the bottom and died. 30-40 fleas in the first 24 hours and every day since. I just have to top up the water and clean the tray out regularly. The cats don't touch the water because of the soap so that's good. I guess you would need to cage the tray in if you had dogs or cats who were up for slurping soapy water. My cat is happier, my ankles most definitely are! I'll keep it going until the daily haul of fleas diminishes until eggs have hatched and juveniles have jumped in for a swim. Much more practical and efficient solution than the other flea traps. I'm reallyimpressed and grateful to the person who gave me the idea (might use the heat bulbs to warm my feet in the winter as a bonusul use for the light which does throw out a good amount of targeted warmth)

We have a large terrerium for our geckos and the adjustable angles of each lamp works very well to offer a warm side for both with a divider. The lamps provide an improved heat source with timer options that have been consistent. We're really happy with this lamp and its versatility of positioning.

Awesome Reptile Double Heat Lamp. The clamp makes it so easy to set up. It's a sturdy, durable, Heat Lamp Set. It heats up and disperses the heat right away. You can zoom in on specific areas when needed. The double lamp is optional, you can just turn one on if you like. My Leopard Gecko seems to really like it. Normally she stays in her cave but she came out to see it when we set it up for her. "Lady Lizard" is her name. She's a happier lizard now!
