Expensive but it works. Not to hurt it's effectiveness, but costly. Thats why I gave it 4 stars. It takes a week or two till it starts working, but it has cut down sleeptime visits to the bathroom, from some times 3 or 4 times to 1 or none. Also has stopped completely, the sudden urge to start looking for a restroom. Much more control. Also seems to help in some ways the bedroom. Erections are noticeably better. I started out taking 2 a day for two weeks and then went down to 1 a day. If I notice a change I take 2 for two days and back to 1 a day. Prostavar ULTRA, and regular Prostavar works almost as well. This stuff is a godsend. If I have flow trouble in the morning, a couple of these down the hatch, and an hour later, woosh! Woo hoo this stuff works! also, I discovered that if I eat a big bowl of steamed broccoli smothered in garlic butter for breakfast ( some other veggies, too ) I don't even need to take it. But on days I'm off my diet, and I cheat with some junk food, I'll experience urinary tract difficulty and one of these pills gets rid of it like magic, at least for that day. Better to eat right, though, so eat foods high in zinc, noting that there is 50mg of zinc in this product (but taking zinc alone isn't as good as Ultaman, for sure). Love the product. Another side benefit is that it has zinc, and if I get angina ( when I'm off the brocolli diet, it happens ) two of these pills knocks it right out in minutes ( zinc tabs work just as good for angina, as well ). More good news, zinc depletes copper, a necessary mineral, that is why the product has 750micrograms of copper in it, to replenish so these people have really engineered this product. I'm adding some more info to my previous comments, so more info: as I get older, I"m needing this product more and more, even broccoli alone isn't enough, so, I'm using this product just about every day now, and I couldn't live without it. You have two choices, You're headed for catheter city or this product. I think the choice is easy to make. This plus the fact that it works for angina, as well, that's a plus, I'm editing this review, because they have changed the zinc levels from 50mg to 15mg. This is actually a good thing because you shouldn't take 50mg of zinc everyday and that much made me nauseous (unless I eat it with food). With the 15mg modification, you can take one a daY. still works great.
