One handle grip popped off the wall and broke after hitting the tile floor. It was unusable. The price was right but the quality considering its use, was not.. The issue is the suction cups do center on a standard 4 inch tile square. Good idea, bad engineering.

My dad is 74 and weighs 320 and uses them to steady himself getting in and out of the shower and to help him get up from a shower stool. These are very easy to install and, when the suction is activated, they are very stable and do not budge. NOTE we do have to readjust them in between showers (the one that we have placed in the direct path of the water which is probably why). But even so, ALWAYS ALWAYS check first that the suction is okay before using them. So long as you are aware of this, you will have no problem. Others have also mentioned this so we knew to keep an eye on it and have had no issues. Others have mentioned that they received purple ones — mine were white and grey (purchased Dec 2017).

I use it for handles on my quilting rulers. Not as strong as I had expected. Wouldn’t want to us them for handles in the shower as I feel the grip is not strong enough.

One of these (I ordered a pack of 2) never adhered to the wall. The suction cup would not engage. The other handle held for about 22 hours, then fell off. Both were installed in a shower stall that was prepared according to the directions. I would not trust these for any purpose. I cannot return, window is closed. Wasted money.

One suction didn't work properly but the other one had a solid hold. Okay, for portability of ease and light help .. not good for putting all the weight on.

First one fell off & broke in the bath tub which doesn't make me very comfortable using the 2nd one.

They work really good. I really wish they worked on tiled walls because the other bath is tiled. However, they work on the marble and really help me keep my balance.

Piece of junk. As.soon as received the item I wanted to try it to make sure it is working. After 10 minutes I heard a bang in the shower. Gave it another chance, again it didn't last for 10 minutes and it fell down. Checked the springs, and realized it was all rusted. Called customer service they offered to refund the money and told me to keep the item. The only place this item could be useful is the trash. At least it could be recycled.
