Melts away my headaches... Superb stress relief!
I heard of the health benefits of Ashwagandha and wanted to give this a try. On the first experience, I never felt so calm and relaxed! It completely dissolved my headache, but I felt very tired and was not good to take prior to exercise as I just wanted to sleep. The second time I took it however, it gave me a lot of energy and I couldn't fall asleep. I am learning more about this herbal tonic and fascinated about it. I'm so glad I am trying it and going to keep using it as I heard it is great also for hormonal balance.

Worth it to buy
Ashwagandha oil really good for skin due to antioxidant properties but don't use in Summers. It reduces body lumps .
