These are officially the best butt splices I have found on amazon. They grip the wire well if using the propers crimpers. I use a set of T&B’s or Kleins. Don’t skimp on the crimping tool and these will do just fine. They don’t have a seam and the metal is super thick which is why they hold so well. I have never had a wire pull out of these. I always put some adhesive lined heat shrink over these after crimping. I always keep these in my electrical box at work and home.

Use these connectors all the time and they work awesome.

Works great, strong and solid crimps. I used this along with marine grade heat shrink tubing, and I will do it this way from now on. I will never go back to the insulated crimp connectors.

These fit all mentioned wire gauge sizes. They seem of good quality compared to others ive used in the past. I would definitely buy again.

These are SO MUCH BETTER THAN GLARKS! I ordered these after sending the Glarks connectors back, and it's like night and day. I highly recommend these connectors.

The butt connectors are fairly thick walled and seem to crimp fine. They are a bit shorter than the what I had previously but should be ok. I prefer uninsulated connectors and dual wall heat shrink tubes to the regular plastic sleeve connectors. More secure and completely protected from the elements. I know there is heat shrink connectors but how do you crimp those properly without damaging the shrink sleeve?
