Biotin 10,000mcg Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins, 360 Tablets

Helped me get over mineral deficiencies. My hair is stronger & healthier looking, no more breaking, splitting ends, and frizziness is way down. I even got my hair cut & the hair lays nicely & I feel feminine & attractive again. My husband told me I should try biotin for skin health which I ignored. Then one day I randomly saw some ad on social media and came here on a whim and I ordered this brand thinking social media is a hero and totally forgetting about my husband's advice. I am so happy with that whim! Thanks social media! Anyhoo, I got the bottle in November of 2023 and it's now September of 2024 - my nails are much healthier. After years of nail polish, remover, gel nails and plain abuse they are revived and looking normal! My hair has gained some strength, but most of all, my skin feels better. I had some pigment spots and less than smooth spots of my face from prednisone and despite still having to be on it, my skin looks and feels better. Prior to this I had perfectly clear micro pig light skin and never went through teenage acne so it was fair for me to get slammed! This really did help the spots and smooth out the skin...mainly the pores just under my cheek bone and just outside my eyebrows. I love that the bottle has 365 pills for one year aaaand the size of the pill is awesome. It's petite but not "crap I dropped it" little. As I have an autoimmune condition I take a fair amount of pills and this didn't add any bulk to my pillbox...plus I didn't have to add a small midafternoon meal consisting of medications, 3 grapes, 4 saltine crackers and a Dr. Pepper (I still did though). So in conclusion - great size, great quantity, great quality, great results, and great job social media algorithm! *and my husband, he's pretty OK*

WOW! This biotin packs a punch please read all the way for very important information: I have alopecia in a big spot in the back of my head. After one bottle hair has grown back several inches when before it was just a stubble and stuck there. I'm ordering more and subscribing and getting their vitamin D 3+ K also their vitamin B complex no soy no GMO's if you buy their capsules they are non-gelatin. I started to buy a little bit cheaper product from another company and noticed that it was made in China read the reviews and there were so many complaints nausea hives bad reactions and discovered that there is no oversight over there they do not care what they put in those supplements it could be sawdust for all we know this is not safe! educate yourself buy products only from the USA and did I mention these are reasonably priced? It's a win-win so glad I discovered Bronson basics nutrition health and beauty supplements! Thank you

Easy to swallow and helps with my skin, hair and nails.

I'm really not able to write this review as I have just received it. My hair has become really thin and I had a talk with my Endocrinologist and we were discussing it along with different brands that boast hair growth through out different times in our lives. While I can't afford the big tag expensive ones, she did give me the key ingredients that are needed to make hair grow out again. This product fits that bill and after using it awhile I am hopeful to give a raging review!
