Q: Can I install this if I don't have one

As long as you have the correct vehicle to put it in, it pops right in.

Q: Will this fit a Jetta with the monsoon stereo?

Yes it does, although it’s a TINY bit smaller so it doesn’t fit to be able to lock in. When ejecting the cups it slides out about a half inch if you let it slide out hard on it’s own, still works great and holds decently heavy cups!

Q: This just plugnplay even if my car never had it ?

Yes. My 2004 VW Jetta never had it either but this cup holder slides right in place and works perfectly.

Q: Do you have this part with the brushed aluminum finish?

nope I just got it in black finish, that is the way the original was before so I didn't bother to change it, besides it seems to work well no issues with it since installed.
