Another worker saw it an want one for his laundry barn door. Excellent. ### ⭐⭐ Need to understand the metric system *by J***D on Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2019* Overall, the aesthetics of the product are great. It looks great! That’s why it is not one star. However, I would not buy this again or recommend this to anyone in the United States. The instructions are merely pictures. Everything is labeled in metric dimensions. As a machinist, they are not hard for me to understand or convert. But they are not accurate.I made a mistake and blindly followed the directions in the beginning. One step called for me drill a hole and to use a 10mm drill, I used the best standard equivalent-3/8”. It’s a bit smaller than 10mm. The hole was still way too big! So, disregard any drill size called out. Instead, measure the piece you are suppose to install in the hole and then choose your drill size.Basically, it works and it looks great. But be prepared and ready to figure it out yourself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well built, smooth operation. *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2018* We have an open doorway that leads to the master bath. I thought a sliding barn door would be a stylish way to add some privacy. This was easy to install and is solidly built. It also opens and closes very smoothly. My only wish is that it had a few more inches of travel space. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/47311344-easelife-6-6-ft-stainless-steel-sliding-barn-wood-door](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/47311344-easelife-6-6-ft-stainless-steel-sliding-barn-wood-door) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
