I couldn't find another Vitamin D3 + K2 combo this good for a good price. I like that it has MK7 & MK4, the two best forms of K2. Lots of debate on whether MK4 or MK7 is the better form of K2, so just get the combo with both and you're covered.

I've used this product for maybe five years off and on. It's my preference of Vitamin D supplements as it also has K2.

I've looked at a lot of Vitamin K2 supplements. You need both MK4 and MK7, with MK4 being the larger amount required. I've seen so many that have only MK7 or more MK& than MK4, or including Vitamin A or other things. I take a multivitamin, so I don't need Vitamin A or other things, which just increases cost and makes the supplements larger. This formal has both MK4 and MK7, and has more of MK4, and also includes D3 5000 IU. Although I take a multivitamin that has D3, it has far too little for me, since I've low Vitamin D before. So having 5000 IU included with this formula saves me from having to take a separate D3. The D3 is important for the K2, since K2 is enhanced when taken with D3. Also, these capsules are pretty small, so easy to swallow. All in all, the perfect K2 supplement for me. It helps that the price isn't exorbitant, either.
